In your role as a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of residential retrofit sites, ensuring health & safety compliance, workmanship standards, and programme delivery are consistently met. The role will involve liaising with contractors, sub-contractors, and the reporting Manager to plan resources, manage materials and logistics, and ensure Energy Efficient Measures are delivered in line with building regulations and quality standards.

In your role as Site Manager, you will collaborate across the business, chairing client and contractor review meetings and working closely with surveyors on cost control and project variations, to support the Company’s ambitious expansion plans.
